A. PayPal offers both yourself and HommeMystere with security and a globally recognized payment system. You also have the option of paying via credit card within the PayPal system by choosing the option 'I don't have a PayPal account. Pay with Credit Card' in the PayPal screen. Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Australian customers can also pay via direct deposit or Money order. A. It costs USD $7.00 per order to any address - worldwide. (not including wholesale orders) Please subscribe to our Newsletter for special offers and discounts.
A. Absolutely! Let us know the problem before you return the garments. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at your instruction.
A. We understand what you want and share your love of lingerie. We provide a personal service with advice on sizing, fit, shipping and more as requested. Our garments are designed to ensure a perfect fit for your bodyshape. You have 'peace of mind' money back guarantee on all our garments. We respect you as a customer, but more importantly, as an individual that chooses HommeMystere to provide you with the highest quality mens lingerie on the market.
A. We send your order in a plain packaging without any references to HommeMystere. We do include a copy of the invoice or packing slip INSIDE the parcel. However the sender is listed with personal names and address. If you have specific requirements for postage, please advise us in the 'comments' section of the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Read our Discretion Policy for more information. We can send to alternative addresses if you wish.
A. Contrary to popular belief, we are connected to the rest of the world and do not have to dodge kangaroos in the streets (in the cities anyway!). Close to 90% of our orders are from overseas, with the bulk of those coming from the United States. So far we haven't had any problems getting orders to our customers. We do have a selection of stock located in both the USA and UK so you may receive your order from one of these locations. Please check the product description for more details.
A. Depending on your timezone and where your order is despatched from, public holidays etc. it may take a few days before your order status is updated to 'Shipped'. For example, an order placed on a Friday may not be despatched until a Monday. If you are unsure, please email us at email@example.com and we will advise you asap.
A. We have added a currency converter to the store. You can now view prices in AUD, USD, GBP, NZD and EUR. Just click on a product and the currency converter will appear on the right. If you wish to view prices in another currency, please let us know and we will add it to the site.
Note that prices are in USD by default.
A. We try and cater to as broad a range of customers as possible, however it's impossible for us to have everything in every size. Based on the submissions in our survey, we try and cover (at a minimum) from 28 inch to 50 inch measurements. We are conservative in our sizes so if you not sure, send us an email with your measurements and we can see what we can do!
A. We provide our lingerie for guys. We are not concerned if you are gay, straight, vegetarian, republican, anglican, martian or any other persuasion. We just design and manufacture attractive luxury underwear for men.
A. We are working on introducing a Gift Certificate to the store. However if you would like to surprise someone, you can! Just contact us with the recipients first and last name, email address and store credit required with the words. We will set up the account and send instructions on how to make payment to us via PayPal. Once payment is received you can give the details to the recipient or we can do it on your behalf!
A. Us too! We are working on it but it does take time from idea to manufacture. We are trying to release a minimum of 6 to 10 new styles per annum and increasing that number as we grow. Subscribe to our Newsletter to stay up to date with what's happening.
A. We now have Distributors based in Utah within the United States and a small range of stock in Wakefield in the UK. Garments are now despatched from within these areas to speed up delivery times. Please see our Shipping page for more information. You can also purchase from any of our stockists.
A. We look at what's popular within the store and look at new fabrics and colours to determine what samples to make for each range. We also receive substantial feedback from visitors on what they would like to see in the store, and this is taken into account when making decisions. We welcome ideas from our customers so please feel free to send us pics of styles you like.
